Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) form an agreement between you and Vivid Eastern (“we”, “us”) governing your use of the mobile game Bubble Dragon Pop (the “Game”). By downloading, installing, or playing the Game, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.

1. Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and play the Game on devices you own or control, for your own private, non-commercial entertainment.

2. What you may not do

• Modify, decompile, reverse-engineer, or attempt to derive the source code of the Game, except where such restriction is prohibited by applicable law.
• Use cheats, automation software, modified clients, memory editors, or any method that manipulates gameplay, progression, or the device clock to gain an unfair advantage.
• Distribute, sell, sublicense, rent, or commercially exploit the Game or any part of it.
• Remove or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices.
• Use the Game for any unlawful purpose or in breach of any applicable law.

3. Virtual items and currency

The Game may include virtual currency (such as coins), lives, and power-ups (“Virtual Items”). Virtual Items are licensed to you for use inside the Game only. They:

• have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for money or anything of real-world value;
• cannot be transferred, sold, or traded outside the Game;
• may be adjusted, reset, or removed as part of game balancing or bug fixes;
• are lost if you uninstall the Game or clear its data, as progress is stored on your device.

4. Purchases and refunds

If in-app purchases are enabled in a future version, they will be processed by Google Play and are also subject to Google Play’s terms. Refunds are handled by Google Play in accordance with its refund policy and your statutory rights, which these Terms do not limit.

5. Progress is stored on your device

The Game has no accounts and no cloud save. Your progress exists only on the device you play on. We cannot recover, restore, or transfer progress that is lost because you uninstalled the Game, cleared its data, reset your device, or changed devices.

6. Updates and availability

We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue the Game or any of its features at any time. We do not guarantee that the Game will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free, or that it will remain compatible with every device or operating system version.

7. Intellectual property

The Game and all of its content — including artwork, characters, audio, text, and software — are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. These Terms grant you no rights in that content beyond the licence in section 1.

8. Termination

This licence ends automatically if you breach these Terms. You may end it at any time by uninstalling the Game. Sections 3, 7, 9, 10, and 11 survive termination.

9. Disclaimer

The Game is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data or lost game progress, arising from your use of the Game. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Vivid Eastern is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. This does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer-protection rules of the country where you live.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The revised version takes effect when it is posted on this page, and we will update the “Last updated” date. Continuing to play after that constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
