Bubble Dragon Pop
This Privacy Policy explains how Vivid Eastern (“we”, “us”) handles information in
connection with the mobile game Bubble Dragon Pop (the “Game”,
Android package com.pwg.bubbledragonpop).
The short version: the Game does not ask you to register, does not collect personal information, and does not send your gameplay data to us. Your progress stays on your device.
We do not collect, store, or receive any personal information from you. Specifically, the Game:
The Game saves the following locally on your device only. It is not transmitted to us or to anyone else, and it is removed when you uninstall the Game:
The Game requires internet access for the limited purposes below. No gameplay data, identifiers, or personal information is included in these requests.
| Purpose | What happens |
|---|---|
| Clock check | To restore lives correctly over time, the Game needs to know the current time and must be
able to tell whether the device clock has been changed. It sends a plain web request to a public
website (currently www.baidu.com or www.google.com) and reads only the
standard Date header from the response. No data about you or your game is sent. As with
any web request, your IP address is visible to the website you contact; their own privacy policies
apply to that. |
| Connection type | The Game checks whether the device is on Wi-Fi or mobile data so it can behave sensibly when offline. This check happens entirely on your device and is never transmitted. |
In-app purchases are not available in the current version of the Game. Store screens may be visible, but no purchase can be completed and nothing is charged.
If in-app purchases are enabled in a future version, payments will be processed by Google Play. We would receive confirmation that a purchase succeeded, but never your payment card details, billing address, or Google account credentials. This policy will be updated before that happens.
The current version of the Game contains no advertising and no analytics. Third-party SDKs that were present in earlier internal builds (Facebook SDK, AppsFlyer, MoPub, Umeng) have been removed.
If advertising or analytics is introduced later, we will update this policy first, and where consent is required we will ask for it before any identifier is collected.
| Permission | Why |
|---|---|
INTERNET | To perform the clock check described in section 3. |
ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE | To detect whether the device is online. |
VIBRATE | Haptic feedback during gameplay. |
com.android.vending.BILLING | Declared for future in-app purchases. Not used in the current version. |
The Game is suitable for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children. Because the Game collects no personal information and shows no advertising, there is no profiling or personalised advertising of any kind.
We do not sell, rent, or share personal information, because we do not collect any. We hold no user data on our servers, so there is nothing for us to retain or delete on your behalf. Deleting your local game data is done by uninstalling the Game or clearing its data in Android settings.
Privacy laws such as the GDPR and CCPA give you rights to access, correct, and delete personal data held about you. As we hold no personal data about you, there is nothing to access or erase on our side. If you believe we hold information about you, contact us and we will respond.
If we change how the Game handles data — for example by adding purchases, advertising, or online features — we will update this page and change the “Last updated” date above before releasing that version.
